Wonderful
Nice room, calm, cleaning every day, kitchen on the balcony so you can cook if you want. There is a lot of street food and 7-Eleven nearby. Not far away from the subway and the park. Taxis also come very fast.

Ban Sabai is great for a homely, value for money stay.
Ban Sabai was a very homely service apartment with courteous and friendly staff. Location was convenient. Set breakfast choices were adequate. 7 Eleven convenience store next door. Good massage parlours, some decent restaurants and a laundry within 5 minutes walking distance.
Living room was smaller than expected as was one bedroom. Although stay was comfortable, small touches could make it better like missing towel holders in one bathroom (which they fixed later), no tissues in apartment (that we bought), limited cutlery with breakfast (always Chinese soup spoon no matter what the breakfast was), bathroom drains didn't work too well so there was always a pool of dirty water after bathing which took a long time to drain. The staff however were all very friendly and courteous.

Comfortable and conveniently located
A fantastic choice for those seeking a comfortable and conveniently located stay in Bangkok. The nearby 7-Eleven store is a notable advantage, making everyday needs easily accessible. Family-friendly, very quiet surrounding and you have everything you need just around the corner!
Towels are too old. Clean though and they replace them everyday BUT it's too rough to use. They will also charge you hefty amount of Baht if you stain these towels or the mattresses. Still a comfortable stay...

What would you highlight about Baan Sabai Rama IV Apartment
Served our purpose
It’s a small apartment complex, if you expect a skyscraper, you will be disappointed. Rooms are clean and in good condition, staff is very helpful and nice. If you want the room to be cleaned, better to mention it to the receptionist. It’s a little away from tourists attractions, we installed ‘Grab’ and took taxis from the apartment. I had to spend more money on taxis than what I budgeted as we didn’t take subway at all. 7 eleven are everywhere, spas as well. All in all good stay for our group of six family members.
Location is a 1000baht trip to the city but all taxi drivers ask for 300 baht, you can negotiate and come to a middle point mostly. This property is not gorgeous from outside just a small building but rooms are not bad.
